Advise is to give suggestion.
and
Advice is asking some ones advise.

Kindly confirm –
Could you please advise ? or advice ?

It is really confusing.

Hi Anand, you've got it right.

Advice is the noun form. "I need your advice."
Advise is the verb form. "Please advise me."
