Article: A word that makes a noun general or specific. There are only three articles in English:
“a” and “an” (indefinite articles) - refer to objects in general.
“the” (definite article) - refers to a specific object.
Examples:
He used to be a naughty boy.
I’ve never seen an elephant
The house on the hill was sold for three million dollars.
