What is your biggest accomplishment?

Remember that you do not have to win a Nobel prize to answer this question well. Also, do not fall into the trap of comparing your accomplishment with others. The key here is not how big your accomplishment sounds. Instead, the key is in demonstrating why you think a certain accomplishment is big. The interviewer is interested in knowing why you think this is your biggest accomplishment. The “Why” tells the interviewer what you aspire for. A common mistake that is made is to not address the WHY .

This question presents another opportunity for you to indicate your strength to the interviewer through your accomplishment.
